Shyam is sent to jail after Supari Dada frames him for positioning of drugs while in jail he meets Mahesh where he is shocked to know that he is well educated man and behind bars. Alka and her troupe are performing in jail when they don't turn up on time Mahesh and Shyam decide to perform to entertain everyone but when Mahesh finds that the sweets sent in jail were sponsored by Rede he throws and decides not to eat while other in mates follow him. Mahesh revels his past how ran a classes for college students and lived with his sister Sonal where locals forced him to stand for elections against Rede when he didn't back out Rede framed him for running blue film business in name of classes. Due to good nature Mahesh and Shyam are left from jail before their term and both start to live with Sonal and decide they will keep their friendship for lifetime. Alka daughter of Rede finds her father was responsible for ruing Mahesh's life and decides to help him after he is out of jail and eventually falls in love. She was the one was behind the letter to release Mahesh and Shyam form jail before their term which went in name of Rede. Thou Alka does not revel her identity to Mahesh she supports him and Shyam in spoiling Rede's further plans of elections.
